Job Description


The Sales Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key accounts and sales opportunities, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant to clients. The key focus will be on maintaining and growing existing accounts, turning warm leads into new business and overseeing the delivery of the requirements outlined in service level agreements.


Key Responsibilities

Engage customers and partners to explain the Softools value proposition and inspire them into action.
Qualify clients needs and potential to establish the value Softools can bring to them
Manage the sales cycle from the handover of warm lead through to closure, updating sales capture plans and CRM accordingly
Work with internal and external stakeholders to map out, and execute project implementation plans
Compile project reports to raise and resolve issues and risks to the project
Provide ongoing support, maintaining outstanding client relationships and consistently assessing the opportunity for growth
