Confidence in 1st and 2nd fixing
Quality workmanship – no call backs!
The candidate must be proficient in 1st and 2nd fixing medium to high end properties, be able to manage own materials, make orders and take deliveries when necessary. Must be polite, proactive and punctual. Must be able to follow instructions and work off drawings. We are looking for sub contractors or teams of sub contractors that meet the above criteria.
