Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated engineer to work with the Technical Services team at our London office. The key responsibilities will include developing an understanding of building services including HVAC, BMS and lighting, studying and interpreting the energy consumption profiles, making use of our existing algorithms, etc. The main objectives will be to identify and drive energy savings opportunities with our clients while maintaining and developing relationships and rapport with the site teams and their contractors. The TS engineer will be working closely with the technical services manager and TS team in Australia and Dubai.



Primary Purpose/Responsibilities:

Delivery of quality engineering analysis, identifying anomalies in both plant configuration and control methodology;
Guide in the identification and delivery of operational savings in utility expenses for clients;
Provide troubleshooting analysis scrutinizing BMS systems and recommending improved control strategies;
Provide technical support during onsite meetings and ongoing training support to clients;
Provide additional resource to assist global TS team in various project rollouts as required;
Undertake site based energy auditing for internal purposes.
Use his/her technical aptitude and data analytics skills, in conjunction with EP&T’s proprietary EDGE MARS portal to perform trend analysis and identify energy savings opportunities for our esteemed clients

·         Report to the Technical Services Manager.



Qualifications Preferred:

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred)

Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need the following:


·         Bachelor of Engineering or higher

·         Graduates will be considered

·         Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

·         Read and interpret schematic and as-built drawings

·         Technical aptitude and the drive and determination to achieve results

·         Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

·         Meticulous and ability to work in tandem with existing ISO processes

·         Attention to details

·         Passion for data analysis

·         Have excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills



·         Mechanical or Electrical engineering

·         3 – 5 years of work experience in a field related to building services, energy efficiency, HVAC design, BMS tech, and related professions

·         ASHRAE certifications

·         Data Analytics certifications

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

·         CMVP certification
